When I read an article about the Illinois State Senate passed a bill on e-cigarette distribution it got me thinking about my rights to smoke electronic cigarettes. The bill SB3174 proposes new modifications to the Tobacco Accessories and Smoking Herbs Control Act, which may affect the e-cigarette distributors and retailers. What would I do if I cannot get my e-cigarettes anymore?

When I decided to switch from smoking cigarettes to e-cigarettes, I was looking for an alternative for smoking everywhere. If this bill comes through, then what’s next? Ban on smoking e- cigarettes indoors? Stop the use of electronic cigarettes anywhere?

I want this blog to be an open window of information about what are electronic cigarettes, how they are an alternative for smokers, and the right for smoking everywhere.
