Blu cigs and Global Exec Aviation were recently featured in USA Today. As we know, blu will be offering complimentary e-cigarettes to GEA’s customers for in flight e-smoking. And USA Today talked about this new option for smokers.
Now, not all of us can afford GEA, and that raised a very interesting question, would commercial airlines follow this trend? Can be possible that e-cigarettes are indeed a viable smokeless alternative for in flight smoking? USA Today asked the spokesperson for Southwest and American, but currently there still no e-cigarettes in flights.
E-cigarettes can help you avoid been taken out of the flight because you were caught smoking in the airplane, like it happened recently to a man flying from JFK International Airport.
I think with GEA and Ryanair already offering their customers e-cigarettes, other companies will allow this example. In the future I expect to find e-cigarettes in all flights. Time changes and it’s time for smoking and smokers to change to a smokeless alternative.
